Melbourne-based hyper-automation consultancy A2B Transformation has partnered with generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) platform Kore.ai to provide businesses with support for AI adoption and automation.

As part of the partnership, A2B will utilise Kore.ai’s conversational and GenAI solutions as part of its X-Ray service, which overlays an enterprise’s operating model with automation and AI.
Meanwhile, Kore.ai’s XO platform applications use intelligent virtual assistants, optimising search functionality, can hand off to human agents and can manage a contact centre or help desk.
